The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was superb, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean upon arrival but had a defective fire alarm that disturbed me every time I opened the bathroom door after a shower. Unfortunately, my room backed up to the elevator, and I was woken numerous times by loud guests in the hallway. However, the service was top-notch, especially Olga, who was very friendly. The location was superb for the activities I was doing in the area, but it was not far from the mountains. The dining was delicious and chock full of a variety of quality hot and cold food. Overall, it was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fell short.
The hotel was nice, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The service was above standard, and the staff was accommodating. The location was excellent but not particularly scenic. The dining options offered better choices than a previous hotel stay. The facilities were pleasant overall.
